STUDIO

At PHASIA Studio, Pilates is more than a workout, it's a space to build strength, improve the way you move and reconnect with your body.

Our boutique mat Pilates classes are taught in small groups, allowing for individual guidance, thoughtful progression and a supportive community. Every experience combines contemporary Pilates with cycle-informed principles, helping you move with greater confidence, body awareness and ease while learning to work with your body, not against it.

Whether you're discovering PHASIA through a Weekly Session, looking for personalised one-to-one support, or joining a PHASIA Series in the future, you'll find a welcoming environment where every person is encouraged to move within their own rhythm.

Choose the experience that best suits your needs.

CORPORATE wellness

Bring more movement and wellbeing into the working day.

PHASIA offers Pilates and wellness experiences designed to help employees move, recharge and feel stronger. Sessions can take place at your workplace or, if space is limited, a private studio can be arranged for your team.

From recurring classes to one-off wellness events, each experience can be adapted to your team, schedule and needs.

As a PHASIA corporate partner, your employees also receive 20% off selected PHASIA studio classes and programs, so they can continue moving with PHASIA beyond the workplace.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Ana-Maria.

I'm a certified Pro Pilates Matwork Instructor, trained at Stockholm Pilates Center - Academy.

Since even before becoming an instructor, I've continued to deepen my knowledge through courses and research in women's health, body awareness and how movement can support women throughout different stages of life.

I believe Pilates is much more than exercise. It's a way to build strength, improve confidence and develop a better understanding of your own body.

My teaching combines contemporary Pilates with a calm, supportive and detail-oriented approach, creating classes where every person feels challenged, encouraged and seen.

I'm passionate about creating an environment where movement feels empowering rather than intimidating, helping clients leave each class feeling stronger, more connected and more confident than when they arrived.
